Archie Rose’s carefully crafted Dry Gin uses fourteen traditional and native botanicals, each uniquely infused and individually distilled in our 300L handmade copper pot still.
Perfectly balanced and wonderfully complex, their Signature Dry Gin is accented by native Australian botanicals, including Blood Lime, Dorrigo Pepperleaf, Lemon Myrtle and River Mint. All underpinned with pronounced juniper berry.

Archie Rose Distilling Co, is a customer-designed boutique distillery and bar in Roseberry, Sydney, dedicated to honouring the city’s rich spirit-making past and shaping its future. Established in 2014, Archie Rose handcrafts gin, vodka and whisky on-site, plus offer daily distillery tours, tastings, events and cocktails at their award winning bar.
At Archie Rose, their gin distillation is no mean feat: they distil each botanical individually to ensure they capture every distinct flavour; and do it all in a one-of-a-kind handmade gin still, using three different techniques:
1. Maceration – by adding botanicals directly into the spirit and leaving them to steep
2. Hot vapour infusion – by suspending botanicals in a basket at the base of the neck of the still
3. Cool vapour infusion – by holding botanicals in our Carter Head style infusion point in the still’s Lyne arm
