Tasting notes:
Since 1975 these beautiful and humble vineyards have been producing organic low yeilding grapes, now tended by sendond generation vingnerons. Georgia's Paddock has a North-Western aspect bringing greater warmth during the late ripening season and offering a comparitively more robust and powerful fruit density of blackcurrant and plums folded over gentle spice and with a soft floral note to finish.
