Since December 2018, Liverpool Gin has been made organically,on site, in Margaret, our 600 litre Holstein copper still.
A fantastically sharp gin blended with hand picked botanicals and grain spirit. Made from the finest ingredients from the quayside including juniper berries, coriander, angelica roots and citrus fruits which results in an excellently balanced yet complex gin.
Served with Fever Tree Classic Indian Tonic, dried orange and cinnamon quills
