About Stone Pine Orange Blossom Summer Seasonal Release (700 ml)

Distiller Ian Glen has been foraging around Bathurst and the surrounding countryside for a new seaonal gin botanical for a while now, but, as the term "seasonal" suggests, sometimes you have to be patient. A recent trip to Narromine allowed Ian to get his hands on some fresh orange blossom and he didn't look back! It is no surprise that orange blossom is used extensively in perfumes, as it has such an amazing summery aroma, which compliments the other native citrus flavours of pink finger lime and lemon myrtle in this release. Individually numbered bottles are available from the 2016 vintage.
