Pronounced 'sho-ri-gair' and made on the island of Menorca, Spain - this is one of only two gins with its own EU designation of origin. The product was first made for British sailors who were stationed on the island between 1708 and 1802 and is still produced in the traditional way, distilled from a wine base and employing a selection of botanicals known only to the family. 38% Alc./Vol.
